We had water damage in the basement. Complete Detail came in, helped us remove all of the old subfloor, diagnose and... remove mold, and get everything dried out. The employees were incredibly respectful, helpful, and had our best interests at the center of their decision making. We had them completely gut our basement, clean the floors, mold removal and they painted all the walls for us as well.... All the guys were extremely nice, respectful and on time everyday. They asked everyday for me to inspect what they had done that day in case i saw something they missed. If you need any kind of basement cleanup-contact Holden! He’s a gem and really knows what he’s doing! This company won’t disappointread more

We had our air ducts cleaned (by Daniel & Justin) & we're so so happy we did. The amount of dust and other debri... cleaned out of them was astounding. I highly recommend this company & this service. I can't wait to see how much our allergies & air quality overall will be improved from what we've been living with.Also great with communication. I messaged them on Facebook & they responded within an hour. They also reached out when they had an availability in their schedule to come sooner which was great. Holden found the leak in my upstairs bathroom which... was leaking downstairs in my dining room.😫 He took charge right away with repairs and my insurance company. His staff is amazing! Holden and his crew are amazing. They went out of their way to help with water damage in my basement due to a water... softener drain line rupture. They were extremely fast and efficient, did exactly what needed to be done without overcharging like most restoration companies do. They are the best Emergency Restoration company in this area and I highly recommend them for any type of emergency clean up due to flood, fire, mold, etc. I 100% stand behind Holden & support any of his future endeavors!read more

Colin & Anthony did a great job! They were running ahead of schedule and contacted me to see if they could come early.... It worked perfect for my schedule. They were both very polite & friendly. They explained to me the process and afterwards reviewed everything with me. They worked hard and fast. The carpet looks and smells great!
