I highly recommend Complete Detail Cleaning & Restoration. Unfortunately, I had a water loss, that caused mold as well. Every part of the water and mold cleanup process was explained to me in detail and any questions answered. They were professional, efficient, highly skilled, safe, and fixed the mess a previous contractor made, including cleanup that was not made by them. I am very thankful they were willing to step in and take over. Many thanks to Holdon and his team!

5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Very professional and explanatory service with a smile. We had a big leak between kitchen and bath that had started mold, we did not know what to do. We had gotten the pipe fixed but it was a mess. I called Complete Detail and Restoration and they explained the process. Yes, it was a pain getting through it, it takes time, but they were very helpful, took care of the mold and restored our kitchen. It all looks good now and no more mold. The grout was ruined in flooring and the bottom of cabinets, had to cut out drywall and replace. Mike worked with me on materials i liked and helped me pick out what worked best. They fixed it all up nice.

5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Had a cat that liked to pee in the corner repeatedly, causing a strong ammonia smell. With using the extra strong treatment option along with a standard cleaning it cleared up the smell completely! Had some typical stains from everyday living that are gone now. Daniel and his coworker were fantastic, super nice and professional. They were very fast and did an amazing job with our living room, dining room and hallway. Pricing for the service was shocking on how realistic and affordable it was. Definitely recommend this company and would have them do any service they provide in my home. :)

Daniel and Thomas showed up promptly and took the time to assess and recommended the best solution to restore our carpets after a storm flooded our facility. Wonderful guys who worked around us having to move large pieces of furniture as they cleaned. Would recommend Complete Detail Cleaning to anyone in need of flood remediation.

We have used Complete Detail for both air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. They did a fantastic job with both! The technicians are so friendly and do a good job of offering additional services without being pushy. Definitely recommend.

Holden was super informative and helped us understand that this cost could be covered by insurance. We had absolutely no idea how to handle this but having Holdens experience helped us a ton. The work crew that helped remove all the nasty water was super respectful of our property and hard working men! We cannot thank Holden and crew enough! It was a pleasant experience for 2 terrified home owners.

I cannot say enough good things about Complete Cleaning and Restoration. Starting with the ease of scheduling, fantastic communication about my appointment and ending with the thorough and friendly service by Thomas and Dan. They took the time to walk me through everything including after care, and answered every question I had. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future, they are now my go to and I will be recommending to all my friends and family!

Excellent customer service and care. From the first phone call to schedule to the second time the guys had to come out because my apartment was located in an unusual spot and they didn't have the necessary equipment, I was treated with such kindness. Efficient and professional. Special shout out to Daniel and his co-worker, I believe his name started was Tim.

Complete Detail Cleaning and Restoration of Troy, Oh, was used by us to clean out our dryer vent. The gentlemen who came out to complete the service were professional, courteous and on time. Very satisfied with the work! The cost was reasonable, the response to my initial inquiry for service was excellent. Highly recommend this company. Holden and the team at Complete Detail did an exceptional job on the stripping and waxing floorcare at one of my commercial spaces for my commercial cleaning company. The communication was exceptional. They called and message to let me know what was going on each step of the process. they were more than able to make the floors at my facility shine with pride. They did an amazing job at cleaning the floors first and then applying the wax. Not only am I, thankful and proud at the wonderful job that they did but the company that I contract, with was very happy with the results as well. I highly recommend this team for any and all of your restoration needs! Definitely will be using them again in the future.
